It’s known as Bluestone Country because the Preseli Hills are where the Stonehenge bluestones are believed to have come from. Great tracks for mountain biking as well. Pembrokeshire is famous for its beaches and a spectacular coastline. No other region has more Blue flag beaches, Green coast or Seaside awards. We are very central, whether you want to visit the popular beaches to the south, such as Saundersfoot and Tenby, or the many beautiful unspoilt bays to the north and west.

Pembrokeshire is renowned for the quality of its food - seafood landed locally, cheese making and lots of small organic farms where people have a huge commitment to producing the best food in a sustainable way.
